Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to physiotherapy services provided by Restore Physiotherapy.
1. Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce treatment time.
2. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur the full appointment fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
We accept:
Cash / Bank Transfer / Online Payment
Outstanding balances must be settled promptly.
4. Physiotherapy Treatment
All treatment plans are based on clinical assessment and professional judgement.
Patients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate medical information
- Following agreed rehabilitation advice
- Informing the therapist of changes in symptoms or health
Results from physiotherapy vary between individuals, and no guaranteed outcome can be promised.
5. Medical Emergencies
Physiotherapy services provided by Restore Physiotherapy are not intended for medical emergencies.
If you experience severe symptoms or require urgent medical attention, contact:
- NHS 111
- Your GP
- Emergency services (999)
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation.
7. Liability
While all reasonable care is taken during assessment and treatment, Restore Physiotherapy accepts no liability for:
- Injury resulting from failure to follow professional advice
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Outcomes outside reasonable professional control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to amend services, fees, or policies where necessary.
